Before your first session, you will complete forms and intake paperwork that will help me learn about you and what brings you to therapy. During our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what you’d like support with, and what you’d like to gain from therapy. There’s no expectation that you will have everything figured out. This is your space and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

Get Comfortable

From there, we’ll work together to better understand what’s happening underneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools that your life. Some sessions may involve deeper reflection and processing, while others may on practical strategies and challenges you’re facing right now.
